What You’ll Do

• Lead and oversee daily dietary department operations, including staffing, food preparation, and sanitation.

• Develop menus and coordinate regular and therapeutic diets to meet residents’ nutritional needs.

• Partner with nursing and other departments to support individualized resident care plans.

• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, food safety standards, and facility policies.

• Promote a positive dining experience by listening to residents and incorporating their preferences.
