LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Long-Term Care LTC New Berlin, NY

Experienced Licensed Practical Nurses are needed for a 26-week per diem opportunity in a long-term care setting. Candidates should be confident in their nursing skills, able to work with minimal training, and flexible with scheduling requirements.

Assignment Details:

• Specialty: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care

• Location: New Berlin, NY

• Available Shifts:

  • Evening: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

  • Day: Full-time schedule

• Schedule: Must follow the facility's scheduling requirements

• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend

  
  Requirements:

• Valid New York State LPN license

• Strong previous nursing experience required

• 6 months Long-term care experience

• Ability to work independently with limited training

• Flexibility to follow the assigned schedule

• Availability to work every other weekend

• Strong clinical judgment and resident care skills
