WHY JOIN US
Maximize Health is a private equity-backed healthcare company serving senior care facilities. As our Controller, you will work directly with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and own the day-to-day accounting: the close, the reconciliations and the controls. This is a high-visibility seat in a growing company, with direct exposure to leadership and investors, and a chance to build processes the business will run on for years. For someone who delivers, there is room to grow into a senior finance leadership role as the company grows.
POSITION OVERVIEW
Maximize Health operates under an MSO-PC (management services organization and professional corporation) structure. The Controller runs day-to-day accounting across the management company and its affiliated professional corporations. We are looking for a hands-on accountant with healthcare revenue cycle experience, ideally from an RCM company, MSO or healthcare provider, or from advising healthcare clients at a bank, accounting firm or consulting firm. The ideal candidate has strong QuickBooks skills, learns quickly and takes ownership of the numbers.
