Responsibilities

• Utilize EXTENSIVE TRAINING to stay current on best practices and industry developments

• Participate in on-call shifts, including all shifts on weekend

• Assist with call offs, in house supervisior needs including falls & rehospilizations decisions

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements

• RN licensure in the state of PA

• 1 years of experience in a healthcare setting & long term care experience

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software
