Responsibilities for Activities Director:

• Plan, organize, and oversee engaging recreational and social activities for residents.

• Develop activity programs that promote residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being.

• Coordinate group activities, special events, and individual programs based on residents' interests and needs.

• Lead and support the activities team.

• Maintain activity calendars and documentation in accordance with facility guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements for Activities Director:

• Previous experience as an Activities Director preferred.

• Long-term care or skilled nursing facility experience preferred.

• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

• Passion for working with seniors and enhancing residents' quality of life.
