Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive wound care services to patients with acute and chronic wounds, including assessment, treatment, and education

• Conduct wound evaluations and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Implement evidence-based wound care practices, including debridement, dressing changes, and wound cleansing

• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary to achieve optimal wound outcomes

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to promote wound healing and prevention

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and outcomes

Requirements:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program

• Current Florida RN licensure

• Minimum 0 years of experience in wound care or a related field

• Strong knowledge of wound care principles and practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
