Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate PRN-Weekend Transport Driver to join our team at Cedar Lake Wellness & Rehab in Malakoff, TX. As a vital member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting patients to various appointments, ensuring exceptional care and comfort every step of the way.

Responsibilities:

• Transport patients to and from various appointments, including medical facilities, hospitals, and other destinations

• Utilize specialized vehicles and equipment to ensure safe and comfortable transportation

• Maintain accurate records of patient transportation, including time, date, and location

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff to ensure smooth transportation and coordination

• Adhere to established policies and procedures for patient transportation, including safety protocols and emergency procedures

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to identify and address patient needs and concerns

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
