As a Concierge, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall patient experience and ensuring that each resident receives exceptional care and attention.

About the Role:

As a Concierge at North Beach Rehabilitation Center, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our medical staff, residents, and families. Your duties will include:

• Coordinating patient admissions, transfers, and discharges

• Managing patient flow and ensuring smooth transitions between departments

• Providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals

• Facilitating communication between healthcare staff, patients, and families

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases

• Assisting with special projects and events as needed

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to medical staff, residents, and families

• Coordinate patient care and services, including scheduling and arranging transportation

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare staff

• Demonstrate a commitment to quality patient care and customer service

• Participate in team-building activities and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting or hospitality

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
