Maintenance Associate

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Associate to help maintain the safety, cleanliness, and overall functionality of our facility in Woburn, MA. The ideal candidate is a dependable team player with strong problem-solving skills who can perform routine maintenance, assist with repairs, and ensure the building and grounds remain in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect the building, grounds, and equipment to identify safety hazards, damage, or maintenance needs.

• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs to HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

• Complete routine maintenance tasks, including replacing light bulbs, repairing leaky faucets, and addressing general building issues.

• Assist with moving furniture and setting up or breaking down rooms and spaces as needed.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility, including sweeping, mopping, and removing trash.

• Assist with groundskeeping and seasonal maintenance, including lawn care, hedge trimming, and snow removal.

• Follow all established health, safety, and facility maintenance procedures.

• Monitor and maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and materials.

• Report safety concerns, equipment malfunctions, and supply needs to the supervisor promptly.

• Support additional maintenance and facility-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or facilities experience preferred.

• Basic knowledge of building maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

• Ability to use common maintenance tools and equipment safely.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, moving furniture, and completing routine maintenance duties.
