Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate BCBA- Champions ABA to join our team in Naugatuck, CT. At Champions ABA - CT, we are committed to providing compassionate, flexible, and collaborative in-home and community-based ABA therapy to individuals with autism and related disorders. As a BCBA- Champions ABA, you will play a vital role in helping our clients reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

• Provide autism-specific Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in their homes and/or community settings

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team

• Conduct assessments, behavior analyses, and data-driven program development to ensure client progress and achievement of goals

• Collaborate with family members, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and therapy sessions

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA

Requirements:

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field

• BCBA certification or eligible to become certified

• Minimum 0 years of experience in ABA therapy

• Strong understanding of autism spectrum disorder and ABA principles

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple clients and tasks

Work Environment:

• This is a per diem position with flexible scheduling options

• Work from your own home or a variety of in-home and community-based settings
