About the Role:

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities

• Conducting behavioral assessments and analyzing data to inform treatment decisions

• Training and supervising behavior technicians to ensure high-quality care

• Collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

• Maintaining accurate records and reporting treatment outcomes

Requirements:

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• Minimum 0 years of experience in ABA therapy, including experience working with children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities

• Strong understanding of ABA principles, theories, and best practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with families and interdisciplinary teams

• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting software, such as BCAT or QuickNote
