Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, painting, and repairing equipment and facilities

• Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth operation and maintain a positive working environment

• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance-related issues in a timely and efficient manner

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and supplies

• Assist with special projects and tasks as needed

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities role preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or technical training preferred

• Ability to lift, push, or pull heavy objects; require occasional bending, stooping, or standing

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
