Stand Out Home Care is looking for a dedicated, compassionate caregiver to join our team in the Halls area of Knoxville, TN 37938!

This is a rewarding full-time opportunity supporting an individual with developmental disabilities. We’re looking for someone who is patient, dependable, and passionate about promoting independence, building confidence, and making everyday life more enjoyable!

Position Details:

• Location: Halls, Knoxville, TN 37938

• Schedule: Full-Time

• Pay: $17.00–$18.00 per hour

• ECF CHOICES case – Previous ECF experience appreciated!

Responsibilities:

• Assist with grooming, showering, and personal care

• Provide standby assistance and ensure client safety

• Assist with transportation and accompany the client to work

• Encourage independence and community involvement

• Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support

• Help maintain a positive, structured daily routine

Qualifications:

• Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities

• ECF CHOICES experience preferred but not required

• Minimum 2 years of caregiving experience

• Must be 18 years or older

• High school diploma or GED

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Patient, compassionate, and dependable
