Job Summary:

As a Home Health Aide (HHA), you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to our clients in their homes. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. You will also be responsible for monitoring vital signs, reporting changes to the healthcare team, and maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Monitor vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiratory rate
• Report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team, including physician, nurse, and social worker
• Assist clients with medication management and administration, as needed
• Maintain a safe and hygienic environment for our clients, including cleaning and disinfecting living spaces
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement client care plans
• Provide emotional support and companionship to our clients, promoting their overall well-being and mental health

Requirements:

• Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification or state-specific certification
• 2 years of experience or minimum of 1 years of experience in a healthcare setting
