About the Role

As a Licensed Vocational Nurse at Avir at Mesquite, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our patients. Your duties will include:

• Monitoring patients' conditions and reporting any changes to physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet patients' unique needs
• Assisting patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records
