Shift Differential $7.00 / hourly for the 2:00pm - 6:00pm portion of the shift plus $1.00 / hourly for the weekends

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, performing various treatments, and assisting with daily living activities

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatment

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain a safe and clean environment

Requirements:

• LPN licensure in the state of New York

• 0 years of experience (new graduates welcome to apply!)

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with minimal assistance

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
