HR Director

Complete Care is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to oversee daily HR operations within a skilled nursing facility. We are looking for a hands-on, organized professional with strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of human resources in a long-term care environment.

Prior HR experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.

• Partner with facility leadership to support staffing, retention, and employee engagement.

• Manage employee relations, investigations, disciplinary actions, and performance management.

• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and healthcare regulations.

• Maintain accurate personnel records and oversee HR audits.

• Coordinate employee benefits, leave administration, and HR-related processes.

• Support payroll and timekeeping processes.

• Promote a positive workplace culture and strong employee communication.

Qualifications

• Human Resources experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care (LTC) setting required.

• Previous HR Director, HR Manager, or HR leadership experience preferred.

• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and employee relations.

• Experience with HRIS, payroll, and timekeeping systems preferred.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
