Imperial Healthcare Center in La Mirada, California, is looking for a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team!

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents with a variety of orthopedic, neurological, and functional mobility needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve strength, balance, mobility, and independence.

• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions to support rehabilitation and recovery.

• Complete accurate and timely evaluations, progress reports, and treatment documentation.

• Collaborate with our rehabilitation team, nursing staff, and other interdisciplinary team members.

• Educate residents and families on mobility, safety, fall prevention, and therapeutic exercises.

• Participate in discharge planning and interdisciplinary care meetings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

• Current California Physical Therapist license.

• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Skilled nursing facility experience preferred, but not required.

• New graduates are welcome to apply!
