Leisure Glen Post Acute Care Center in Glendale, California, is looking for a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team!

We have a wonderful team of therapists, a welcoming work environment, a convenient Glendale location, and plenty of on-site parking.

We are especially interested in Physical Therapists who are available to work weekends! Full-time and per diem opportunities are available.

Whether you're an experienced PT or a new graduate looking to grow your clinical skills, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents with a variety of orthopedic, neurological, and functional mobility needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans to improve strength, balance, mobility, and independence.

• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions to support rehabilitation and recovery.

• Complete accurate and timely evaluations, progress reports, and treatment documentation.

• Collaborate with our experienced rehabilitation team, nursing staff, and other interdisciplinary team members.

• Educate residents and families on mobility, safety, fall prevention, and therapeutic exercises.

• Participate in discharge planning and interdisciplinary care meetings.

Qualifications

• Current California Physical Therapist license.

• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Skilled nursing facility experience preferred, but not required.

• New graduates are welcome to apply!

• Weekend availability is highly desirable.
