Leisure Glen Post Acute Care Center in Glendale, California, is looking for a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team!

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

• Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.

• Maintain accurate and timely treatment documentation.

• Collaborate with our rehabilitation and interdisciplinary teams to provide quality patient care.

• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, mobility, and safety.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

• Current California PTA license.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Skilled nursing facility experience is a plus, but not required.

• New graduates are welcome to apply!
