RN Clinical Administrator Medicare Home Health

Vertus HealthCare is seeking an experienced, results-driven RN Administrator to lead daily agency operations, ensure Medicare regulatory compliance, oversee financial performance, and support continued agency growth.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on Registered Nurse leader with extensive Medicare-certified home health experience, strong operational and financial management skills, and a proven ability to lead high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all day-to-day agency operations in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

• Manage agency programs, including Medicare Home Health and Veterans Affairs services.

• Ensure compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation, AHCA, CHAP, and applicable federal and state regulations.

• Oversee agency budgets, profitability, financial performance, and P&L management.

• Lead recruitment, hiring, supervision, performance evaluations, coaching, and staff accountability.

• Ensure timely clinical documentation, billing readiness, revenue cycle coordination, and month-end close.

• Collaborate with Business Development to increase referrals, admissions, revenue, and patient census.

• Monitor operational KPIs, staffing productivity, patient satisfaction, and quality outcomes.

• Prepare monthly operational, financial, and growth reports for executive leadership and the Board of Directors.

• Maintain agency readiness for regulatory surveys, audits, and accreditation reviews.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license required.

• Minimum 3 years of recent Medicare-certified home health leadership or administrative experience preferred.

• Strong knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation, AHCA regulations, and home health compliance.

• Demonstrated experience with budgets, P&L management, and financial accountability required.

• Proven success in operational improvement, revenue growth, and census development.

• Experience supervising multidisciplinary clinical and administrative teams.

• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
