Schedule: Full-Time | 30 hours per week | Day Shift
Rate: $16.00/hour

Woodland Manor Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dependable Van Driver / Patient Transport team member for our skilled nursing facility in Elkhart, IN.

You will operate the facility vehicle to safely transport residents to appointments and other necessary destinations while providing compassionate and respectful assistance.

Responsibilities

• Escort residents to and from physician appointments, dialysis, and other necessary transportation

• Assist residents safely in entering and exiting the facility vehicle

• Provide courteous, professional, and compassionate service to residents

• Follow all facility transportation and safety procedures

Qualifications

• Valid Indiana driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Reliable, dependable, and safety-focused

• Ability to interact compassionately with residents

• Active CNA certification is a plus but not required
