We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Weekend Warrior! This position is perfect for nurses looking for a consistent weekend schedule while providing quality care to our residents.

As a Weekend Warrior RN, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care, assessing resident needs, administering medications and treatments, and working closely with our nursing team to ensure the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility.
• Assess, monitor, and document residents' conditions and changes in health status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized resident care plans.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Supervise and support nursing assistants to ensure quality resident care.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Respond to resident needs and medical emergencies appropriately.
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and infection control standards.
• Promote a positive, supportive, and resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio – Required.
• Previous experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred but not required.
• New graduates are welcome to apply!
• BLS/CPR Certification preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate attitude and commitment to quality resident care.
• Must be dependable and available to work scheduled weekends.

Schedule & Compensation

• Position: Weekend Warrior RN
• Pay Rate: $41.00 per hour
• Schedule: Weekend shifts
• Location: Autumnwood Care Center, Tiffin, Ohio
• Work Location: In person
