We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BCBA) to join our team at Achievers ABA. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, individualized ABA therapy to children with autism ages 2-18, across clinic-based and in-home settings throughout Northwest Indiana, Hammond, Michigan City, and the greater Indiana region. Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized ABA therapy to children with autism ages 2-18, using evidence-based methods and techniques

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, tailored to each child's unique needs

• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and provide guidance and support as needed

• Collaborate with families, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of treatment, progress, and outcomes

• Participate in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
