As a Parttime Direct Support Professional, you will have the chance to provide one-to-one support to an amazing individual, helping them to live their best life. We're looking for someone who is patient, gentle, dependable, and supportive, and who enjoys helping another person feel comfortable and included in everyday activities.

What You'll Do

• Provide companionship, community support, and assist with personal care and daily routines as needed, following the individual's support plan

• Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals through activities such as crafts, meal preparation, and community outings

• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual's needs and preferences

• Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment by following individualized support instructions

• Complete required documentation after each service and communicate reliably with the Kindly team

Qualifications

• Able to consistently commit to the exact posted schedule

• Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one

• Experience preferred but not required

• Driving required

• Able to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training

Schedule, Pay, and Location

• Schedule: TBD

• Pay: $17-$21/hour

• Location: Toms River, NJ

• Driving on shift: Required
