Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) Behavioral Health Program Telehealth | Full time, Monday to Friday | $70,000 – $75,000 per year

About This Role Welltel is growing its behavioral health program. We need a caring LMSW who wants to help build something real. You will work closely with our leadership and help shape how we care for our patients.

What You Will Do

• Provide therapy to our FQHC patients by telehealth (in office)

• Do patient assessments and ongoing therapy sessions

• Help build program protocols, screening steps, and workflows

• Work with the care team to find patients who need behavioral health support

• Keep clear, timely notes in our electronic systems

Must Have

• Active LMSW license in New York State

• Bilingual (English and Spanish strongly preferred)

• Strong basic tech skills: comfortable with email, video calls, and electronic records

• Experience with telemedicine platforms, or able to learn them quickly

• Experience providing therapy and behavioral health services

• Understanding of FQHC patient populations and their needs
