We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Parttime Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team of kind, compassionate, and optimistic professionals. As a Parttime Direct Support Professional, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the life of an adult with developmental disabilities, providing one-to-one support and companionship in Hammonton, NJ.

About This Opportunity

This part-time position is ideal for a college student, educator, human-services professional, caregiver, or someone looking for meaningful part-time work. Consistency matters, and we rely on our DSPs to keep the agreed schedule. As a trusted mentor, you will engage the individual in meaningful conversations, encourage social interaction, and support them in building friendships and exploring community opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Support an adult with developmental disabilities at home and/or in the community

• Provide companionship and community support to help the individual achieve their goals and increase independence

• Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals

• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual's needs

• Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions

• Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team

Qualifications

• Able to consistently commit to the exact posted schedule

• Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one

• Able to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training

Schedule and Pay

• Tuesday & Friday, 12:30-2/3 PM

• Pay: $17-$21/hour

• Location: Hammonton, NJ

• Driving on shift: Required
