Pay: Up to $22 per hour

Quality Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with their daily care needs. The CNA works with the nursing team to help provide attentive, respectful care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.

• Help residents with meals and hydration according to their care plans.

• Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff.

• Measure and record vital signs and other information as assigned.

• Help keep resident areas clean, safe, and comfortable.

• Protect residents’ privacy and treat each person with dignity and respect.

• Follow care plans, facility policies, and infection prevention procedures.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state where the facility is located.

• Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to resident care.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to follow instructions and report concerns to nursing staff.

• Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred.

Compensation

Pay is up to $22 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
