Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and dependable Part-Time Dietary Aide (weekend mornings) to join our dietary team at RegalCare at Blackstone Valley, a 133-bed skilled nursing facility. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of quality care and satisfaction for our residents. If you possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with meal service for our residents, including preparing and setting up dining areas, delivering and serving meals, assisting with food preparation, cleaning and sanitizing kitchen and dining areas, washing dishes, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment

• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff members

• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure efficient and timely meal service

• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure accuracy in food preparation and presentation

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed to support the dietary department and the overall needs of the facility

Schedule:

• Part-time position

• Must be flexible and available for night shifts

• Must be willing to work some daytime shifts as needed

• Flexibility with scheduling is preferred
