Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Monitor vital signs, report changes in condition to nursing staff, and maintain accurate records
• Assist with mealtime, including feeding, hydration, and nutritional support
• Assist with mobility and ambulation, as needed
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control standards
