RN Supervisor Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff during the 3p–11p shift.

• Ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, high-quality care.

• Conduct nursing rounds throughout the units.

• Monitor medication administration, blood draws, and other nursing care activities.

• Provide guidance and education to staff, residents, and families.

• Ensure compliance with applicable state, federal, and facility regulations.

• Collaborate with the Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, and Administrator.

RN Supervisor Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required.

• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills.
