Your Impact

As a Bilingual RBT, you'll work one-on-one with children, helping them develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills that increase independence and improve quality of life.

Every session is an opportunity to celebrate progress, build confidence, and make a meaningful difference for a child and their family.

What You'll Do

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy in home, school, and clinic settings

• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA

• Collect and document client progress data

• Collaborate with families and clinical team members

• Create engaging, positive, and supportive learning environments

• Help children build essential life skills and achieve meaningful goals

What We're Looking For

• Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred

• Experience working with children and/or ABA therapy experience required

• Bilingual communication skills required

• Ability to pass a background check

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the local area

• Compassionate, reliable, and motivated individuals who are passionate about helping others

• Location: Alexandria, VA

• Part-Time Position

• Afternoon and Early Evening Hours Available

• Pay Range: $26 - $34 per hour
