On-Call Home Health Aide (HHA) – In-Home Care

This job is located in Pinellas Park, FL. 

Qualifications:  *Do not apply if you don’t meet the following criteria: 

• Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.

• Current CPR certification (required)

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (in-home care preferred)

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.

• A Reliable Vehicle that has up-to-date registration and insurance.

• Level 2 Background screening with current fingerprinting.

• Recent Negative TB Test Results. 

• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.

• Must have strong communication skills.
  

What you’ll do: 

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.

• Provide mobility assistance and ensure client safety.

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed.

• Accompanying clients to their appointments. 

• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing)

• Monitor and report changes in client condition.

• Provide companionship and emotional support (Offer encouragement and help clients maintain social connections)

• Follow care plans and agency protocols.
