As a Maintenance Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility and maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our patients and staff.

About the Role

As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:

• Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as performing repairs, replacing light bulbs, and fixing leaky faucets
• Maintaining equipment and machinery, ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition
• Conducting regular inspections, identifying potential maintenance issues and reporting them to management
• Assisting with special projects, such as painting, carpentry, and minor renovations

Responsibilities

• Work under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the facility
• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, painting, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing work
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues or concerns to management
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and minimize disruptions
