A growing skilled nursing organization is seeking a VP of Sales & Admissions to drive census growth and oversee sales and admissions across its Upstate New York facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead multi-site sales, marketing, and admissions operations.

• Drive occupancy, referral development, and admissions conversion.

• Build relationships with hospitals and key referral sources.

• Develop sales teams and monitor performance across facilities.

• Partner with facility leadership to maximize census and growth.

Qualifications:

• Healthcare sales or admissions leadership experience.

• Multi-site skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred.

• Proven success driving census growth and developing referral networks.

• Willingness to travel throughout Upstate New York.
