What You'll Do

As a BCBA at EzCare ABA, you'll have the opportunity to create lasting impact by:

• Conducting behavioral assessments and developing individualized treatment plans

• Supervising and supporting Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

• Monitoring client progress and making data-driven clinical decisions

• Providing parent and caregiver training

• Collaborating with families, schools, and multidisciplinary treatment teams

• Maintaining clinical documentation and compliance standards

• Helping children achieve meaningful, measurable, and lasting outcomes

What We're Looking For

• Active BCBA Certification

• Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field

• Virginia Licensure (or ability to obtain)

• Experience supervising RBTs preferred

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Passion for helping children and families succeed
