Part Time Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician: Choose Your Shift

Position: Part Time Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Pay: $25 to $28 per hour as a BT | $28 to $33 per hour as an RBT, plus bonus opportunities
Bilingual Bonus: Extra compensation for Spanish speaking team members
Location: In home and in school (we come to the kiddos!)
Schedule: Part time morning, afternoon, or evening cases
Start Date: As soon as possible!

Pick Your Shift

• Morning cases: In school sessions during the school day, plus in home sessions for younger children not yet in school

• Afternoon cases: After school sessions in the home

• Evening cases: Later in home sessions for families with busy schedules

You can take one shift or combine them for more hours. Want to add hours later? We always have new cases opening up.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing fun, high quality one on one ABA therapy to children with autism in homes and schools

• Following treatment plans created by our supportive BCBAs

• Tracking progress with easy to use data systems (we’ll train you!)

• Working hand in hand with families and teammates to help kids thrive

• Bringing the energy, compassion, and care that makes a lifelong difference

What You Bring

• RBT certification or a desire to work as a BT. Certification is not required to start.

• A love for working with children

• A positive, team first attitude

• Reliable transportation

• High school diploma or higher, and the ability to pass a background check

• Speak Spanish? Let us know! Bilingual team members earn extra compensation.

Grow With Us
