We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Alight Behavioral Therapy in Willmar, Minnesota. As a leading provider of personalized, in-home ABA therapy and autism evaluations, we are dedicated to helping children on the autism spectrum reach their full potential.

About the Role

As an RBT at Alight Behavioral Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with children to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy sessions using positive reinforcement to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors. Our RBTs are the backbone of our therapy teams, and we provide comprehensive training and growth opportunities to support your professional development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 therapy sessions with children to teach play skills, social skills, self-help skills, and other behavioral goals

• Document session outcomes and provide behavior support within group settings

• Collaborate with our team of experienced therapists and BCBA's to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Requirements

• Completed 40-hour RBT training course

• Previous ABA experience preferred

• Excellent references

• RBT certification preferred, but we are willing to assist you in attaining RBT status
