Ambitions ABA Colorado is looking for caring, motivated Child Care Specialists to work one-on-one with children with autism. No prior ABA experience, RBT certification, or experience working with children with autism is required!

We provide free access to Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training to help you develop valuable skills while gaining hands-on experience working with children.

Whether you’re exploring a future career working with children, looking to gain valuable experience, or simply want to earn extra income doing something meaningful, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

What You'll Do

• Work one-on-one with children through fun, engaging activities.

• Help children develop communication, social, and everyday life skills.

• Use games and play to encourage learning and positive behaviors.

• Help children practice daily routines and become more independent.

• Follow an individualized treatment plan and track each child's progress.
