About the Role:

As an RN Supervisor (7a-7p), you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our nursing team, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and attention. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants

• Coordinating patient care and developing individualized care plans

• Assessing patient needs and reporting to physicians and other healthcare professionals

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records

• Participating in quality improvement initiatives and policy development
