Available Shifts & Schedule

• Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

• Shift: Day Shift – 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM

• 12-Hour Shifts

• Every Other Weekend Rotation

• Additional Shifts May Be Available Based on Facility Needs

CNA Responsibilities

As a Day Shift Certified Nursing Assistant at The Greens at Erwin, you will:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.

• Support residents with repositioning, transfers, ambulation, and mobility as appropriate.

• Assist RNs and LPNs in providing individualized, resident-centered care.

• Monitor and observe residents, promptly reporting changes in condition or concerns to the nursing team.

• Respond to resident needs and call lights promptly and compassionately.

• Assist residents during meals, activities, and daily routines as needed.

• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.

• Follow established infection control practices, safety procedures, and facility policies.

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.

• Promote resident comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life.

• Work collaboratively with the nursing team to provide exceptional resident care.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

• Newly Certified CNAs Are Encouraged to Apply – Training Provided!

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to quality resident care.

• Ability to work scheduled 12-hour day shifts and every other weekend.
