Right at Home is hiring dependable Home Health Aides to provide non-medical in-home support for seniors and adults. We are looking for professionals who communicate clearly, follow care plans carefully, and can be counted on to provide consistent, respectful service.

What You’ll Do

Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other personal care needs within the approved plan of care.

Support safe walking, positioning, transfers, and mobility.

Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.

Provide companionship and encourage safe daily routines.

Provide medication reminders.

Accompany clients to errands and appointments when needed.

Document services accurately and promptly report changes in a client’s condition.

Follow infection-control, safety, privacy, and agency procedures.

What We’re Looking For

At least 1 year of HHA or related in-home care experience is preferred.

Current HHA credential or training, where required for the assignment.

Dependable attendance, sound judgment, and professional communication.

Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.

Negative TB test or clear chest X-ray and successful background check required.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
