DESCRIPTION
Visiting Nurse & Hospice of Litchfield County is seeking an experienced Home Health/Hospice RN to join our progressive team. This position is on-site at the UConn Medical Center in Farmington. The ideal candidate will also have above average customer service skills.
Schedule: 30 hours per week. Monday – Friday, 11:00am – 5:00pm.
The Agency utilizes Netsmart for its EMR and adheres to National Best Practice Guidelines for caseload and visit productivity.
Salary based on experience, generous benefit package.
