About the Role:

As an RN Day Shift, you will provide supervision of staff and safeguard the health, safety, and welfare of all residents under your care by following applicable laws, regulations, and established nursing policies and procedures. You will be expected to work in a dynamic environment, providing top-notch care to our residents while collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and providing wound care

• Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing assistants and other staff members

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the Charge Nurse and/or Director of Nursing

• Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives to improve care and outcomes
