RegalCare is seeking a motivated, organized, and results-driven Recruiter to support hiring efforts across our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities throughout Massachusetts.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions.

• Source, screen, and interview candidates to meet facility staffing needs.

• Partner with facility administrators and department heads to identify hiring priorities.

• Post job openings, maintain candidate pipelines, and coordinate interviews.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and help ensure timely placements.

Qualifications:

• Previous recruiting experience preferred, ideally in healthcare or long-term care.

• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

• Ability to manage multiple openings across several locations.

• Familiarity with online job boards and applicant tracking systems preferred.
