About the Position

As a Behavior Technician or RBT, you’ll provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism.

What You’ll Do

• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision

• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills

• Collect client progress data and collaborate with your clinical team

What We’re Looking For

• Previous ABA experience

• RBT certification welcomed but not required

• Strong communication skills

• Professional, compassionate, and eager to grow
