Job Summary

As the Admissions Director, you will be responsible for leading our admissions process, ensuring seamless transitions for patients and families, and fostering strong relationships with referring hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare partners. Responsibilities

• Lead the admissions process, ensuring timely and efficient coordination of patient intake, registration, and bed placement

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective admissions strategies, prioritizing patient-centered care and high-quality outcomes

• Develop and maintain relationships with referring hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare partners to increase patient referrals and ensure a smooth transition of care

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance the patient experience and drive clinical excellence

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of admissions staff, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency

Requirements

• 2 Years experience

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders

• Proficiency in electronic medical records and healthcare software systems

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
