Available Shifts & Schedule

• Position: Registered Nurse (RN)

• Employment Status: PRN (As Needed)

• Shift: Day Shift – 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM

• 12-Hour Shifts

• Scheduling Based on Facility Needs and Employee Availability

• Weekend and Holiday Availability May Be Needed

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities

As a PRN Registered Nurse at The Greens at Erwin, you will:

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care in accordance with individualized resident care plans.

• Perform nursing assessments and monitor residents for changes in condition.

• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions safely and accurately according to physician orders.

• Recognize and respond promptly to changes in resident condition, communicating with physicians and appropriate healthcare providers.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

• Provide clinical guidance, supervision, and support to LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff as appropriate.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.

• Follow infection control practices, safety procedures, nursing standards, and applicable state and federal regulations.

• Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of life.

• Contribute to a positive, respectful, and resident-centered nursing environment.

Qualifications

• Current, active Tennessee Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.

• Graduate of an accredited or approved Registered Nursing program.

• Current CPR certification preferred.

• Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required.

• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the nursing team.

• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing quality resident care.

• Ability to work PRN day shifts based on scheduling needs.
