Our operations team takes ownership of scheduling coordination, credentialing, authorizations, billing, and family logistics. You’ll have responsive people helping move things forward so you can spend your time where your expertise matters most.

What you’ll do:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to RBTs

• Support families through practical caregiver training

• Review progress and adjust treatment based on each client’s needs

• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation

Who we’re looking for:

• An actively certified BCBA with applicable state licensure

• Consistent availability on Saturdays and/or Sundays

• Strong clinical judgment and clear communication

• Someone who enjoys collaboration and cares about helping children and families make meaningful progress
