Responsibilities:

• Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality resident care
• Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation
• Oversee resident schedules and individualized care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for compliance and excellence

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in NC
• Nurse supervisor experience preferred
• LTC/SNF experience required
